Meet the doctors

Dr. Tabitha Plunske

Doctor

A native of Connecticut, Dr. Plunske pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Hartford before advancing her academic journey at New England College of Optometry.

Her commitment to patient well-being is evident in the comprehensive and personalized care she offers to both adults and children with the same dedication our patients have come to expect from us. Now, as the new owner of Eyes On Litchfield, Dr. Plunske is excited to bring in advanced technology to further enhance the quality of care and expand services for the community.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Plunske is an enthusiast of the great outdoors, relishing in activities like hiking, skiing, and capturing the beauty of the world through her keen interest in photography and traveling. This balance of professional rigor and personal passion underscores the importance she places on having clear vision to fully appreciate life’s moments.

Nick Westcott

Office Manager

I’ve lived all over the East Coast – born in New Jersey, moving to Massachusetts, then Pennsylvania, Florida, Delaware, back to Pennsylvania – and as of 2015 I am happily settled in Connecticut with my lovely wife.

While in Pennsylvania and Delaware, I became and Administrative Trainer for six Optometry offices in the area. I was quickly promoted to Office Manager for one of them, while continuing to train personnel for the entire network.

In every aspect of my job, my goal is to give each patient the best, personal experience while helping them improve their vision.

In my spare time, I spend time with my family, play guitar and work on improving my skill as a photographer.
